Supporting your local Smart City Networks facility team is our Corporate IT and Technical Support department which include our Networks Operations Center (NOC), Help Desk and
Engineering teams. These award-winning departments provide Smart City Networks’ clients and customers with the ability to overcome any technical issue or obstacle, an invaluable
resource in the fast paced event industry.
Our 8,000 sq. ft. Network Operations Center continually monitors of all our network equipment including the over 6,500 devices and 75,000 ports we have deployed in the field.
It also proactively manages our IP, voice, broadband, wireless and managed services networks. Stats are polled every 3-5 minutes, 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week.
